By accessing and using the CleanByte platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

CleanByte provides a lead generation and online advertising platform that connects businesses with high-quality prospects through advanced targeting and social network integration. Our services include:

  • Lead discovery and qualification across multiple advertising channels
  • Social network integration for enhanced reach
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Customer relationship management features
  • API access for enterprise customers

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must complete our qualification process by submitting a contact form. We reserve the right to approve or deny access to our platform based on our qualification criteria. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use CleanByte services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service to spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Violate the privacy rights of others

5. Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing cycles. Payment is due in advance for each billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.1 Pricing Plans

  • Essential Plan: $40 per month
  • Professional Plan: $50 per month
  • Enterprise Plan: $60 per month

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads generated through our platform. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data collection and processing practices.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The CleanByte platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CleanByte L.L.C and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Lead Quality and Delivery

While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee the conversion rate or quality of individual leads. Lead delivery is subject to availability and market conditions. We provide analytics tools to help you assess lead quality and campaign performance.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CleanByte L.L.C be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CleanByte L.L.C from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
